This position shall also provide training, leadership and technical support to all levels of employees.

Mechanical Engineer Southern Oregon $40-60k DOE
The primary duty of this position is to provide leadership and technical support to employees relating to manufacturing and engineering functions. Also to implement manufacturing processes, quality standards and to interface with customers on a daily basis to resolve issues. A good candidate will have excellent mechanical aptitude, technical writing skills, ability to read engineering specifications, assembly documentation and blue prints coupled with a basic understanding of electronics. Must be proficient in Solidworks or AutoCad. Bachelor of Science in Industrial / Manufacturing / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Physical and drug screen, ability to distinguish color and proof of U.S. citizenship required.
Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager Southern Oregon $40-60k DOE
An electronic custom cable, wire harness, contract manufacturing firm is seeking an individual with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing Electronics Engineering or equivalent. This is a management job with the potential to become an operations manager position. The manager provides guidance, training, motivation, coordination, corrective action and direction to employees. This position requires strong electronic background in technical writing skills and knowledge of assembly documentation. Applicants must be able to interface with customers on a daily basis to resolve issues. Electronic experience in wire harness, cable or sub-component construction necessary. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 a plus.
Senior Electronics Technician – Salary range is $40-$43K – Southern Oregon
To provide high-level technical support for company systems and products, primarily those used by company’s manufacturing customer base. This senior level position will frequently involve complex troubleshooting skills designed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for Manufacturers’ customer base. Primarily work with customers to troubleshoot difficult issues with their equipment, both hardware and software issues. Experience with common database structures and associated maintenance is highly desired. Databases are Sequel. Must be able to read and interpret electronic schematics, instructions and specs. Excellent electronic troubleshooting skills are essential; must be able to perform repairs in a board/component level repair role when required. Work with the Engineering Manager to help resolve any product design flaws that have been found in the “field”. Must be able to operate test equipment while in the field, including multi-meters and oscilloscopes. Provide start-up of equipment and provide customer training. Moderate travel to customer’s site for field service will be required, primarily within the continental US and Canada.
Must have a minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent (trade-school or military training) in electronics. It is essential that this person have a minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience working as an electronics technician in an electronics field. Experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing various electronic equipment, using common electronic tools and techniques is required.
Tech Service Supervisor. $51-$55K. Southern Oregon
The primary responsibility of this position is to build a strong Technical Service/Customer Service Department that proactively builds a satisfied customer base while developing opportunities to increase revenue. In addition the Technical Service Supervisor is responsible for the extensive testing of electronic moisture meters and recording the results.
